Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within  1-2 business days
  • Every effort is made to dispatch orders placed before 2 PM business days on the same day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • We offer the following shipping options:
    • Standard tracked Shipping:  2-4 business days £2.99
    • Express tracked Shipping: 1-2 business days £3.99
    • Free Shipping: Enjoy Free Standard Tracked Shipping on Orders Over £25!

Note: Delivery times are estimates and do not account for potential delays caused by postal service disruptions or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
  • You can track your order using the tracking link provided in the email.

Shipping Destinations:

  • We currently ship to UK only
  • Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • Party bag essentials is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • Party Bag Essentials is committed to resolving any issues related to lost parcels. If you experience any problems, please reach out to us using the contact form.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods as proof.
